I Need Remote Employees To Use One Phone System
A little over a year ago we (IT team) were tasked with providing a solution for connecting our remote employees to our internal phone system in order to be able to answer client support calls in real time as if they were in the office without replacing our corporate phone system.

The first thing I did was contact CPS to explain our business problem and learn what options were available. I was impressed with the way CPS took the time to understand our business problem before making any recommendations. The recommendation CPS did make was to implement VoIP phones on each of the remote employee’s desks.

As I said, it has been a little over a year since we rolled out the VoIP phones to the remote employees and the change has been remarkable. Not only are our remote employees only a 3 digit extension away but they are able to answer client support calls as if they are sitting in our corporate office. The savings realized in long distance charges have been much more than we had anticipated and the increase customer service levels has been tremendous. We appreciate CPS taking the time to recommend the best solution for our needs.
